On the Election of Donald J. Trump as the 47th President of the United States.

The election of Donald Trump in his second non-consecutive term has significantly changed the perception of politics in this country.  What was originally “liberal” or “conservative” doesn’t exist anymore.  Trump is in essence a free market liberal.   He is also not a Christian, yet seems to bring people of different religions together, unlike the Christian Right of several decades ago, which had authoritarian tendencies.  He is socially moderate and is focused primarily on economic issues and working toward policies that benefit the working class.

Donald Trump stands in opposition to the Intersectional Leftists that have hijacked the Democratic Party.  It is difficult for the average liberal to fully understand the type of cult that has overtaken the Left.   Intersectionality is a Marxist theory that eschews all critique of class structure and instead focuses primarily on race and gender.  The two main theories of Intersectionality are Critical Race and Critical Gender Theory.  These theories had their genesis in the Weimar Republic and the Frankfurt School and were propagated by the scholars Theodor Adorno and Max Horkheimer.  The critique of the culture industry by Adorno looked for hidden signifiers in art and culture that produces things like “racism” and “sexism.”  This critique was sold on the notion that it would help heal the culture and prevent events such as the Holocaust from happening.  In these critiques, the “racism and sexism” seen in texts as not being explicit but rather implicit.  These theories would continue to be expanded upon by the French post-structuralist philosophers such as Michel Foucault, Roland Barthes, and Gilles Deleuze.  These are neo-Marxist critiques of knowledge, history, and culture.  This historiography insinuates that the West is lesser than other cultures and looks to dismantle the achievements of the West.  They insist that language is power and that all of reality is created by language.  Also, they insist that there is no such thing as Universal Truth, and that all “truth” is broken down into micro-narrative, personal experience, etc.  The only Universal Truth is that there is no Universal Truth.

When this postmodern ideology was imported into American Universities, it caused an intellectual collapse in our humanities departments.   Writers such as Roland Barthes who called for the “death of the author,” in his critique of Western literature, caused a decline in reading in the American public as students studying the Western classics were told that such texts were “racist and sexist” and that the text is a product of the culture and not the author, so meaning was open to interpretation.  The author could not be trusted.  This led to a deracinating and dumbing down of American life as the Great Books of the West were no longer read with any seriousness.

In the mid to late 1990’s, a form of postmodernism started wreaking havoc in newly created departments in our universities called “Ethnic Studies,” “Women’s Studies,” and “Queer Studies.”  This took the postmodern theories as espoused by these German and French writers and mixed it with an American racial and gender “liberation theology.”  This led to an intensified, cultish critique of all culture, including a rewriting of history such as the contemporary false notion that the Native American tribes lived in peace before the settlers arriving from Europe.

The theory of Intersectionality insists that there is this invisible “systemic racism and sexism” that permeates all of Western society benefiting whites.  This is called “white privilege.”  What Intersectionality asserts is that the West is “ethnocentric” and that whites “marginalize” other groups by focusing attention on their own interests, often subconsciously, in the greater culture.  Blacks, Hispanics, Asians, etc. from other countries are not offered a critique of their extreme ethnocentrism, only those of European descent.  Europe and America are the only nations who are forced to undergo such a critique.  The entire culture of the West is under attack.

Intersectionality greatly expands what is thought of as racist or sexist and weaponizes these new definitions to shut down discourse and to shame white people.  This is why there has been so much chaos in our culture in the last 15 years or so as this ideology has moved throughout America and Europe.  It has destroyed race relations in both America and Europe.  It has also destroyed the arts.

The theory of Intersectionality has justified letting in unvetted and uneducated Third World immigration from Central and South America, Africa, and the Middle East.  Many of the people coming in are gang members from prisons and are violent.  The theory of Intersectionality is a blank slate theory that says that all of the problems in so called “communities of color” is because of “white oppression,” and that by alleviating invisible “white oppression” that this burgeoning peaceful multicultural Golden Age will come to pass.  What this theory does is create a constant irrational passive aggressive attack on whites and Jews in the media and academia.  This is also prevalent on social media.

In the last 10 years, terms such as “white privilege,” “white tears,” “white fragility” and the “decolonization of whiteness” have entered our lexicon.  These phrases are used to psychologically assault whites into accepting whatever outlandish idea they propagate to accumulate power.  Because Indo-Europeans are generally curious and hospitable people, these phrases have had their deadening effect on the Western consciousness.  The “decolonization” rhetoric is particularly toxic as it refers to the removal of or the vicious interrogation of the classics of the Western canon, and not just in literature and the arts, but philosophy, science, and even medicine.   One must be clear that the Intersectionalists are not offering an equal substitute of knowledge to the West.  Not at all.  Rather, “historians” who happen to be so-called “people of color” lie about the history of blacks for example, trying to assert that sub-Saharan blacks built the Egyptian pyramids and were the pharaohs rather than the Egyptian Copts.  As an aside many of the mummies have Indo-European DNA.  Another example of the false history taught by these Intersectionalists is that Native Americans were peaceful tribes that lived in harmony with each other.  The truth that we’ve always known is that the tribes fought bloody wars with each other and committed various atrocities.  I went to elementary school on a Chippewa reservation in Mole Lake, WI, about 10 miles from my hometown of Crandon, WI.  There was a memorial on the reservation for the Battle of Mole Lake.  The elders of the tribe told a story of this battle when Sioux warriors came down from the North to control the rice fields.  They attacked the Chippewa tribe and 500 people died.  For the time this was a lot of people.  War was a part of their culture, an important and encouraged spiritual aspect of it.  There is nothing wrong with this.  However, the lies told by the Intersectionalists in our schools and Universities propagate lies for political power.  This "decolonization” is really a euphemism for white genocide.

The Intersectionalists also push radical gender theory, insisting that gender is “socially constructed” rather than biological.  They’ve created new genders to label people who may be effeminate men or tomboyish girls.  Then they encourage pharmaceuticals and surgery to make them “transgender” a false Marxist construction of identity.  This poison is being given to our children, sexually mutilating them and sterilizing them.  This makes the Intersectionalists much like the Nazis and Josef Mengele who would do strange experiments on humans.

Intersectionality is why the political realignment in the Republican Party has occurred.  It has completely destroyed the Democratic Party and has brought out an extreme authoritarian streak.  Also, they have given up the country over to globalists to destroy American and European identity and livelihood to serve the elites though open borders and multiculturalism.

The nonsensical Covid lockdowns and social distancing, the George Floyd riots, the false allegations of #MeToo- all of this is because Intersectionality is a mind-virus that short circuits rational thinking.  All of these things are used as a psy-op to wear the public down to submit to the globalist agenda which is using the Western economy to enrich themselves and to displace American and European culture with a sort of multicultural Marxist “democracy” that enriches Leftist oligarchs and leaves the rest of us deracinated, impoverished workers devoid of culture and Tradition.

Donald Trump in defeating Intersectionalist Kamala Harris, was elected to put an end to this.  The hectoring and gaslighting from the Leftist elite of the American public and the working class in the last 15 years has given rise to a revolt of the masses against these Marxist cultists.  This is why the media has doubled down on the narrative since the election accusing everyone of “racism” etc.  No one cares anymore.  The American public wants to put an end to the globalist agenda of multiculturalism and open borders.   This is why Donald J. Trump is the 47th President of the United States and why the Republican Party is now the party of Liberty and cultural revival.  The Left is doubling down and creating chaos.  Hopefully Trump can do the mass deportations, fix the economy that was destroyed by the Democrat’s lockdowns in 2020, fix our education system, and get our country on track to a cultural revival.

On My Politics.

In this essay, I want to clarify my political stance.  Right now, in American society, and in the West in general, we like to put people into confined boxes when it comes to politics.  One is either Left or Right, and must adhere to whatever positions the mainstream dictates that they adopt.  I find this to be incredibly limiting.  In American politics, though I’m not a Leftist, I disagree with many things on the American Right.  It is my opinion that more people would be engaged in politics and support the Right if certain elements were no longer a part of the political establishment of what is known as the GOP.

I’m not a Christian.  Though I’m a Pagan, I hold a Perennial view of religion similar to Leibnitz and Huxley.  It posits that all religions are essentially “true” and come from a primordial source.  Perennialism suggests the notion that at the center of each religion is the concept of Initiation into higher realms, through the concept of non-duality.  Throughout the temporal plane, everything in existence has an opposite: male and female, good and evil, light and dark, etc.  Using meditation and Initiation into the mysteries, one transcends duality to find union or Atman.   One could view the person of Jesus Christ as being a symbol for mystical Initiation and the destruction of one’s Ego-Self for the higher Transcendent Self rather than the “son of God who saves us from our sins so we can get to heaven.”

American conservatives, when talking about religion, needs to talk about ideas in terms of Perennialism.  It is the only way for the West to reconcile the different religions and make way for the coming European Pagan revival.  The Christian religion, due to a theology incompatible with the Western consciousness, cannot revive our culture.  We need a flexible, initiatory religion that our culture can rearrange itself around.

The revival I’m speaking of here mostly concerns people of Indo-European descent.  Ancient European religions came from the same primordial source.  This includes the Greek, Roman, Avestan, Egyptian, Celt, Nordic-Germanic, Anglo-Saxon and Indo-Aryan/Vedic Traditions.  They all come from the North in Hyperborea.   Other Traditions, including the African, Native South American, and Native North American Traditions come from the South and possibly have Atlantean and Lemurian origins.   It is my opinion that to have a higher philosophy in the West that brings different religious ideas together will only help the conservatism in America and in the Greater West.  However, we need to confront the Abrahamic problem.

I want to pause here and say that I am no anti-Semite.  Though a lot of Pagans on the Right indulge in a sort of gratuitous antisemitism posting memes on social media of things in the Talmud that are either mistranslated or not in the text.  Personally, I have no problem with the Jews.  I also find Kabbalah very useful.  One must be clear on the source of why antisemitism exists:  Christianity is not the religion of Europe and is a Middle-Eastern cult, a mind-virus much like Intersectionality that took over the Classical world and collapsed the Roman Empire.  Judaism is a reconfiguration of the ancient Egyptian, Sumerian, and early Semitic religions.   Jews took the monotheistic Jehovah who is the equivalent of Ra or Ptah, and made all the gods and goddesses subordinate demons, angels, and qlippoth.  The Gnostic Christians assigned the Greek gods as Archons and Aeons.  Jews, as an example took the goddesses Maut and Sekmet and called her Lilith.  Nuit became “Shekinah.”  Set became the serpent Samael.  Horus became Ba’al.  Eventually Horus would become Christ in the Christian pantheon and Shekinah “Sophia.”  “The Book of Enoch” should rightly be called “The Book of Thoth.”   Christianity was a cult that appropriated various Traditions, which is why it spread throughout the elite for it filled an intellectual vacuum created by cosmopolitanism.

When Europeans were forced to adopt the Christian religion, it traumatized the Indo-European people.  This trauma exists until this day.  All of the issues in the modern West have to do with this trauma.  The only way to revive the West and to solve its issues, is a return to the Pagan Traditions.  Abortion, multiculturalism, communism, and consumerism all come from the Christian religion, a religion of “equality before God.”  It is a religion of weakness and it has taken us away from our heritage and disrupted our perception of time.  It has also disrupted the clan. It is anti-hierarchical and despises a spiritual and intellectual elite.

All of this goes away with a return to Tradition and a focus on the Perennial Tradition.  The Christian religion in its dogma no longer speaks to the soul of the West.  It is too repressive.  With a return to the ancient European Traditions, the West will undergo a revival in philosophy, art, and literature.  Science and religion will once again become one.  Right now, in the West, all our institutions are sabotaged by Marxism.  There is no solid opposition to this.  I don’t think it can be solved by politicians.  It can only be solved by each person in the West to make a choice individually to go back to the Pagan Tradition.  This is unlikely to happen, so the Tradition can only return after the Kali Yuga, the Age of Darkness.

My politics are tied with Tradition.  The culture of our modern democracy lives against time and is lost in materialism.   The modern progressivist mindset and the linear perception of time was given to us by the Christian religion.  Once we return to our Tradition, the West will return to its greatness.  Until then we will live in a time of dissolution.  We are allowing Third World migrants to destroy Europe and America. Our economies are being destroyed. The religious archetypes don’t have the same effect on the consciousness.  There is no sense of civic duty.  It is up to the followers of the ancient Pagan Traditions to ride the tiger during this collapse and to rebuild our society afterward.

On My Process with the Various Forms of Art that I Work In.

The intention of this journal essay to describe my process of art making in various mediums.  I’ve never been able to stick to one form of expression in the arts, and I find that I need various avenues to fully encapsulate all of my spiritual ideas.   All of my work is based in Hermetic and Pagan symbolism.  In my drawings and paintings, I use the human body as a magical cipher along with different animals as zootypes for different godforms.  In my playwriting and screenwriting, I focus on drama and the spiritual form of tragedy specifically, but modernized.   I also occasionally act, and that is also a spiritual practice.  All of this will be analyzed here.

The artforms that I have been practicing the longest are drawing and painting.  My process involves a mix of observation utilizing found material, automatic drawing, and imagery from my subconscious.  While painting, I use profound accidents within the application of paint to bring out certain emotions and visions of entities.   In these works, it is my goal to channel an actual spirit or elemental.  Several of my paintings and drawings were the result of astral travel and walking.  In these works, I channeled communication from various astral entities.  This is done through the combination of automatic drawing and observation.

In many of my paintings and drawings, I use photo images of the female form found in various sources.  I look for both a power and a vulnerability in the image in which I manipulate through the act of drawing and painting to create the image of the Priestess as a mediator between the two worlds.  The automatic drawing is used to conjure elementals as seen in some of the otherworldly faces and creatures in my work.  The human body is often distorted in a biomorphic way to create a sensual experience with the line or mark.  I find that these beings are real entities revealing themselves on paper.  The process of automatic drawing opens a gateway between Universe A and B in a “slight of mind” act.  Much like the glass on a Ouija board, the pencil or paintbrush communicates with the other realm.  To draw means to “bring out” and this is what I do in this process.

Much of my work in fine art deals with the Divine Feminine as I mostly work with the female form. I use the male form occasionally, though I find it less interesting.  I also use eroticism and sexual content to create a transcendent experience.   Sex is a key to the mysteries.  In the Pagan Tradition and in Eastern Tantra, sex, when done with magical intent, assists in the raising of consciousness and communication with those on the other side.  The Divine feminine is the gateway to Universe B.

I also use animal imagery in my work, often utilizing photos as source material.  In these works, the animal is associated with various gods or goddesses.  In comparative religion and occult terms, this is called a zootype.  The animal is a symbol of the energies of the god or goddess and how they manifest in nature.

My poetry is a meditative exercise.  It is not really autobiographical, but are impressions of the world around me.  They are also full of occult symbolism and act as incantations or prayers.  These works are conceived as spells to expand human consciousness and give a secret insight into the mysteries hidden in the material world.

In the theatre, everything to me is a ritual.  Each play I write and perform is a magick spell.  In my modern tragedies, people are running away from something, usually inside themselves.  During the course of the play, the action on stage becomes a ritual that purges spirits of decline.  The katharsis of Tragedy occurs as we watch the Tragic Protagonist reach beyond his or her limits and thus bring their own downfall.  The spiritual pessimism of Tragedy is absolutely necessary for the health of our culture.  It is important to witness via art, the pain of others, and Tragedy makes pain its specialty.

In my plays, I use female characters as the leads because of what they represent, which is the goddess on stage.  Also, there is a greater conflict between the social self and the private self in the female character, and this creates a bigger sense of drama for the stage.  Women in my plays are often in conflict with their desires and the strictures of the modern world.  Men also experience this, but the inner-psyche of the female is more dramatically expressed in the language that I write.

The tragic form in theatre was used by the Greeks to banish unwanted energies from the public realm.  My works function the same.  Through the acts of the tragic protagonist, the fears and anxieties of the audience are banished.  Theatre is occult ritual.  Shakespeare, Strindberg, and all other great playwrights knew this.  This is something that is missing in our contemporary Western society where postmodernism has stripped anything spiritual out of the arts.

My acting is used to embody the energies of the spirit in my body during performance.  I find this to be best done on stage.  Working in both film and theatre, I much prefer the stage, as one can fully inhabit the character, perform, and have a catharsis.  In film, things are shot out of sequence and everything is done in the editing.  On film the actor is more of a model.  On stage, he or she becomes a shaman, someone beyond human.  During performance I strive to transcend my limitations as a human and enter into a mystical state.  Prior to performing, I often meditate and do rituals to prepare for this action.

Overall, my work is an exploration into the Western Tradition of tragedy and figuration.  All of the Western archetypes, especially those that are Pagan, are expressed in my work.  I use the concept of the Divine Feminine as the anchor for all my explorations.  The intent of my work is to have a magical effect on the viewer and offer him or her a glimpse into the mystery of the world.

On the Christian Slander Against Our Pagan Traditions.

In the last few years, I’ve noticed that there are more Christians spreading slander and exaggerations about the ancient Pagan Traditions of Europe.  These misunderstandings and exaggerations are many, and it doesn’t help that most people in the West, especially in America which has a virulent strand of Christian fundamentalism, have their minds clouded with church propaganda and don’t know the actual history of the ancient European religions and what the Christian religion did when force-converting the ancient Pagan peoples.  The Greeks and Romans had an advanced civilization with a love of education, philosophy, art, and science.  Christianity emerged as a cult when a form of scientism began infecting the culture and people stopped believing in the divinity of the gods, and assumed that the stories were just exaggerations and what were gods and goddesses were just humans who convinced people that they were gods through acts that seemed “superhuman.”  Early Christians in acts of wanton destruction, destroyed art, libraries, and killed and tortured people to enforce their religion and plunged Europe into the Dark Ages.

The scientific and cultural advancements made in the ancient Pagan world were lost until around the Renaissance when a new interest was taken in the Classical Pagan world.  Science, astronomy and astrology, classically influenced art imbued with eroticism, along with the revival of the esoteric and alchemical spiritual Traditions in the Renaissance brought us out of the Dark Ages.  This revival heralded a return of inquiry both scientific and spiritual that was once forbidden by the church.

The ancient Pagans weren’t just “nature worshippers” or ignorant.  The ancient Nordic-Germanic peoples, thought of as “barbarians,” actually had a complex written language and a cosmology with a creation story whose symbols could easily be seen as exhibiting an understanding of the origins of the Universe and the world that match modern science and its view of the “Big Bang” and evolution.  The story of the great Void of Ginnungagap in which the two worlds Niflheim and Muspelheim collide in an explosion of Fire and Ice to create the primordial elements of the Universe and life is a beautiful allegory that describes in a spiritual sense what modern science has been grasping toward.

The gods and goddesses were suprahuman, otherworldly entities and lived on an alternate plane of reality.  People thought that the gods participated in human affairs.  Unlike the human Jesus Christ, the gods symbolized energies in nature and in the Universe.  The stories and myths of the gods reveal to humans how these energies and elements of the natural world, space and time, and the Universe interact with the human psyche and psychosomatic complex.

In the last twenty years, the two religions of Thelema and Asatru have been the paths that I follow, but over the years the Northern Tradition has been more attractive.  Thelema is in essence a revival of Greek and Roman mysteries, but with a Qabalistic Abrahamic influence as it has some of its origins in the Western Occult Tradition which maintains the secret knowledge of the Pagan world hidden in Christian texts and symbolism.  Thelema is Southern Paganism and mostly focuses on Egyptian Gnosticism as a form of attainment though it uses Eastern Traditions such as Yoga and Tantra to augment it.

The Nordic-Germanic Tradition has its own Qabala in the form of the world Tree of Yggdrasil.  Its 9 worlds closely match the Qabalist Tree of Life and the Ten Sephiroth.  This is seen below:

Much of the Northern Tradition is similar to the Vedic culture and religion, as they both had a common source.  The Celtic, Roman, and Greek godforms also come with this source.  The Egyptian and Avestan godforms do as well.  I tend to think that the Egyptian and Sumerian cultures also came down from the North.   The desert god of Jehovah or YHVH, was a storm god and has very little relation to the Indo-European psyche.  The Christian religion, an amalgam of the Egyptian, Judaic, and Zoroastrian religions is a foreign influence.

The Christians in the modern West, especially in America use the word “Pagan” as an insult against other religions and their political enemies.  Much ahistorical misinformation abounds regarding the ancient Traditions and the Indo-European peoples.  I’ve decided to clarify a few misconceptions.

1.       The Greco-Roman and Nordic-Germanic Pagans weren’t ignorant and backwards savages.  The Germanic tribes referred to as “barbarians” had a written language, a complex cosmology, and lived in large log structures.  Women also had a certain “equality” with men, though it was not a “matriarchy.”  Also, women were High Priestesses and went to war along with the men. The Greeks and the Romans knew the world was round, named the seven known planets, and Archimedes brought forth the notion that the Universe was heliocentric.  The poet Hesiod had a vague understanding of the evolution of man while Romans had a form of evolution in nature called Atomism.  These cultures had medicine, surgery, and the Romans had certain technologies such as torches that never burned out and bendable glass that we in our modern world still can’t replicate.  They were also masters of sculpting the human form and understood things like perspective in portraiture; techniques of artmaking that were lost in the Christian era until the Renaissance.

2.      Christians exaggerate, based on Biblical and theological propaganda, the amount of and nature of human sacrifice on the European continent.  Most of the people sacrificed were criminals.  In the Germanic cultures, human sacrifice was rare and only done under extreme circumstances.  Even then, the practice was either frowned upon or vehemently discouraged.  In Rome, according to Pliny the Elder, wrote that in 97 BCE Rome made an “official decree” banning the practice of human sacrifice in the empire, though it was practically unheard of for 500 years, and even then, its reports were sporadic in the most ancient times.  This seemed like a decree “done for show” to virtue signal, most likely to shift focus away from carnage inflicted by Roman military conquest.  Again, most “human sacrifice” on the European continent were criminals.  There is very little evidence of the human sacrifice of the sort done by the Phoenicians when they supposedly offered their children to Moloch, which is also now thought of as bogus propaganda by archeologists.  It was thought that pregnant women danced through flames to purify their pregnancies.  The South American continent, who are people of a much different race than Indo-Europeans, practiced quite a bit of human sacrifice, but we must understand that these peoples’ civilizations were in a state of collapse long before the arrival of the conquistadors.  Also, in Egypt there was very little evidence for human sacrifice.  The Celtic tribes had some human sacrifice when they would occasionally burn a criminal in a wicker man.

We must also understand the historical truth of the brutal violence of the Christian and Islamic religions.  The wars over religious theology killed more than any war on the European continent waged by the Pagan culture.  To this day Christians and Islamists perform human sacrifice in public and private executions, something modern Pagans no longer do.  In the United States, prison chaplains say prayers over inmates prior to execution, which is a form of human sacrifice.  Some of these executions are done in a brutal manner, such as lethal injection (which doesn’t always work,) the electric chair, or firing squad.  Christians in the past were also fond of burning people at the stake, public beheadings, and strange forms of torture.

The misconceptions have made it difficult for many of us who follow the old ways to convey our spirituality and Traditions to the greater public.  It seems as though Christian propaganda continues to retard our understanding of the ancient world.  This is unfortunate, as the only way to revive Western culture is for those of European descent to rediscover their ancient religions that were taken away from them.   The mostly forced conversion to Christianity created a split in the Western psyche.  The tension between the Judeo-Christian and Greco-Roman and Nordic-Germanic consciousness would be reconciled if we returned to the old ways.  However, it does not seem as though this is going to occur any time soon.

It is important for Pagans to educate people about the Truth about our spiritual Path, and to not let false information spread.  However, it is important to be honest about ancient culture.  These cultures did, on very special occasion practice human sacrifice, but it wasn’t the all-out mayhem of murder over theological differences of the Christian religion with its totalitarian theology.  Pagans did not slaughter each other over religious differences as the godforms of these cultures were similar and the different peoples understood this fact.  The Greco-Roman and the Nordic-Germanic godforms, along with the Vedic, all harken back to a lost, Primordial Tradition in Europe.  These are the godforms of our culture, and it is best that we defend them and not let others slander them and the ways of our peoples.

On the Return of the Divine Feminine.

Often when I talk about the Divine Feminine, people will automatically assume that I’m a feminist.  When they hear this term, they think of the return of some “matriarchy” with women in charge.  There has never been a society with a “matriarchy” in the West, though the ancient European Pagan world had a much higher view of women than the Christian era.  Men, due to strength and intellect have always been the leaders of society in various institutions.  Women were also leaders but rather in philosophy, education, the arts, and especially in the spiritual practices of the Pagan world as the High Priestess.   Philosophers like Aspasia and Hypatia were women and were held in the same esteem as men.

Though women were not property owners and could not vote, they held considerable power in the Greek and Roman worlds.  In the Nordic-Germanic cultures, women were queens and priestesses and also fought with men in battle.  Christianity and Islam regulated women to second class citizens in the cultural sphere and took away their role as the Priestess in the religion.   In the Greek mysteries, women were the High Priestesses of Demeter, the goddess of the Harvest.  The Priestesses of Hecate presided over feminine sorcery involving the menses.  The Roman culture also had an equivalent spiritual practice.

In the Nordic-Germanic mysteries, the Divine Feminine had its most popular form in Freyja, the Goddess of Love and War.  Freyja taught Odin magick.  She is also the goddess of presides over the Cult of the Seid, the feminine mysteries of the Northern Tradition.  Freyja is often called upon to bless marriages, harvest celebrations, and births.  She is also a warrior goddess who takes the warriors who are not slain in battle to Folkvanger.  Odin takes those who are slain to Valhalla.

When the Christian religion codified itself in Nicea after spreading throughout the culture, persecutions began against “heretical” and Gnostic sects that retained elements of the Pagan pantheon, especially the Greek Goddess of Wisdom Sophia, who was assigned as the Holy Ghost of the new Gnostic Christian system of mysticism.  The newborn church eliminated the Divine Feminine from the religion and relegated it to human characters in the New Testament such as Mary mother of Jesus and Mary Magdalene.  The virgin/whore archetype, once combined into singular godforms such as Isis, was now is split into two distinctly mortal females.  This has led to a slow-motion psychological collapse for men and women in our culture for the last 1700 years or so.

Goddesses such as Isis in the Egyptian world signified the energies of the moon, and unifies both the virgin and the mother aspect.  She is the goddess of magic, fertility, love, and eternal life.  In the mystical system of Thelema, the name ISIS is used as an acronym for Infinite Stars and Infinite Space, signifying her role as not just the goddess of the moon, but the goddess of the Cosmos itself.  In the Egyptian pantheon, the goddess Ma’at, who navigates Ra’s sun barge, is the wife of Thoth-Hermes.  Her name means “Truth” and she is associated with justice and judgement in legal matters.  She also is the feminine aspect of the sun.  In this she is related to Horus, and is sometimes thought of as his sibling in the Thelemic mythos.

Isis and Ma’at have their equivalent in the Greek pantheon as Sophia, which was sometimes thought of as the goddess of Wisdom.  In the pre-Christian Gnostic pantheon, she was seen as the feminine half of the Christos, and the mother of the Universe who gave birth to the demiurge Ialdabaoth, who is associated with the Greek Harpocrates, (Hoor-Paar-Kraat or Harpakrati in the Egyptian pantheon.)  She is seen as the Holy Ghost and the Word of Wisdom.  In essence she is the feminine aspect of the Logos.  In the Judaic Tradition, Sophia is called Shekinah.  According to Caitlin Matthews, in the mystic aspect of Judaism “the Shekinah has become the female hypostasis of God, his holy spirit and paredros, but nit a goddess in her own right.  This narrow avoidance of heresy within Judaism has kept its mysticism awash with the waters of Sophia.”  (“Sophia: Goddess of Wisdom, Bride of God,” Caitlin Matthews, pg. 106.)

The ancient Gnostic Tradition which was the original Christianity had the Divine Feminine.  However, the church fathers removed this archetype, and for the last 1700 years or so, it has been absent from our spiritual life.  This has caused a great deal of psychic trauma for those in the West.  The removal of the Goddess has made men weak and women passive aggressive and neurotic.  There is no duality or balance in the Christian and Islamic Traditions, only a theology tilted toward the masculine, but a weaker version.  Men in Traditional Pagan cultures that had a goddess were masculine and warrior-like.  In the modern West, men are emasculated.  Women are forced to be like men and deny their true nature.  Also, both men and women rebel from their spiritual roles and become androgynous or transgender.  In our modern West, the corrupt Christian church will blame modern “paganism” for the transgender movement rather than looking in the mirror.

The removal of the Divine Feminine by Nicene Christianity is the cause of the Dark Age or Kali Yuga.  It is the reason why Communism has taken over the West, and the reason why the church is a detrimental force, creating the problems between men and women that it rails against.  Caitlin Matthews writes that “the peoples of the book yearn toward the mercy of Sophia, each in its own way, though the hierarchies and theologians still monitor the orthodox boundaries, discouraging feminizing trends.  At the same time, within the world enantiodromia that feminism represents, the Divine Feminine stands in danger of being appropriated afresh- this time as the exclusive concern of women.  The return of the concept of the Divine Feminine among us as engendered the ardent response of women to spiritual forms that include goddesses and female spirits.  But the sacred feminine is not just for women; it is for the benefit of all beings.  There are indeed women’s mysteries just as there are men’s mysteries, but the sacred cannot be colonized as spiritual territory.” (Caitlin Matthews, pg. 359.)

Modern feminism is Marxist and anti-male and occasionally appropriates religious symbolism of the goddess as a way to fight the “patriarchy.”  Again, this “patriarchy” is a Marxist concept rather than a spiritual one and is a materialistic and anti-biological blank-slate theory of sociology.  It blames social structures inhabited by men and cultural symbols and rituals for the subjugation of women.  Their diagnosis of mental and spiritual crisis blames society rather than one’s inner self and connection to the Divine.  The removal of the Divine Feminine and its hijacking by the Marxist feminist movement is another symptom of the psychological distress in the modern West.  Caitlin Matthews continues by saying that “when spiritual colonization happens, invariably the spirit of Sophia evaporates from the religion or group, rejecting it as a house inappropriate for her dwelling.   Extreme and separatist feminism, in an attempt to distance itself from the authoritarianism of revealed religions, frequently errs by its exclusive appropriation of female forms of the Divine.” (Ibid.)

This has unfortunately resulted in many viewing the return of the Goddess or Divine Feminine as a Marxist, liberal phenomenon rather than the spirit of Tradition.   This is unfortunate for the complexity and superior power of the Divine Feminine is the anchor of all spiritual philosophical thought.  (Note the Greek philosophia, which combines philo (love) and sophia (wisdom) meaning “the love of wisdom.”)  Without the Divine Feminine we retard our spiritual growth in the West.

The two spiritual paths I follow, Thelema and Astaru are under the aegis of the Divine Feminine.  I can attest to the spiritual nourishment given by offering one’s Ego to the Wisdom of Sophia.  It is my hope that this Tradition returns to the West to put an end to this Dark Age.  The modern chaos and all the ideologies contributing to the destruction of the West; Nicene Christianity, radical Islam, Communism, Intersectionality, Marxist gender ideology and sociology, and radical feminism- all of it is of the Cult of Osiris, the Dying and Resurrecting God, which defeated the Cult of Typhon and the Divine Feminine of Serpent Power.  This is an ancient war, but the victory of Wisdom (Sophia) is nigh with the coming age.  I am in service to the revival of the Goddess.

On the Current Political Climate.

The political situation in the United States is completely toxic and is tearing our country apart.  The extreme religiosity of both sides, the Left with its obsession with race and gender, and the Right with its fanatical fixation on religion are creating a split in the fabric of our society.   There is no more room for polite debate and disagreement.

No one dares to confront the issues that are really tearing the country apart, so the entire endeavor is pointless.  What the West is going through is a spiritual crisis.  The Christian religion is in decline and the religion of Marxism has infected our institutions.   If our country and civilization doesn’t change course, we will collapse.  This course change is unlikely to occur as the Cult of Intersectionality and multiculturalism has rotted all our institutions. Christians have control over the discourse on the Right, so anyone who doesn’t fall into these two camps has little say.

The only way forward is for those of Indo-European heritage to return to their ancient spiritual Traditions that existed prior to Christianity, the religion of the Kali Yuga.  Only then will this conflict in the West be reconciled.  These old gods are a part of our psyche.  Without them we are lost, anxious, and at war with ourselves and our brothers and sisters.   In order to heal our society, we need to return to Odin and Freya.  It is the only way.

Until then, our civilization will continue its collapse.   It seems unlikely that the mass of the citizens of the West are going to return to the old gods any time soon.  In this Dark Age, it is best for the individual to ride the tiger and keep the Tradition alive for the next age.  This is the only way to remain spiritually balanced while the world arounds us turns to chaos.

On the Process of Meditation.

In the last 30 years I’ve practiced several forms of yoga and meditation with varying results.  In college in the mid 1990’s, I studied Taoism and Buddhism along with the writings of Ken Wilber, Swami Vivekananda, and Aldous Huxley.  I had not delved fully into the Western Esoteric Tradition just yet.  At the time, I was interested in the Perennial Philosophy and popularists like Joseph Campbell, developing a metaphysical outlook on life.  I would meditate, usually poorly, for five to ten minutes a day.  This gave me somewhat of a centered outlook for some of the day, but I still felt jostled about by life, and I had delved into angry emotions a little more than I would’ve liked.

Using I-Ching and meditation, along with as strict as possible of a daily routine, I wanted to create a “flow” for my life, as though the routine became one big ritual that allowed the Universe to conspire to give me what I need for intellectual, creative, physical, and emotional sustenance.   This worked to a point.  I consider the time from 1996 to 2002, a time of nascent spiritual growth with a great deal of failure.

In 2004, after delving into the writings of Aleister Crowley and Julius Evola, along with many other occult writers, I took an interest in Kabballah, Nordic-Germanic Runes, Tarot, and Hatha and Raja Yoga.   The Yoga Aleister Crowley wrote about was strenuous, hard on the body, and difficult to do for long periods of time.  I had some success in it, though I never quite reached Samadhi, the obliteration of consciousness in Union with the Divine.  The best state I could reach was Pratyahara, which is a sort of observation of the inner workings of the mind, rather than the cessation of thought.  I did not get to the next levels which are Dharana, the power to focus the mind on a single point, and Dhyana the lesser Samadhi of Union of Subject and Object.   Yet I did not attain final Union in Samadhi.  My level of attainment consisted of the ability to control my breathing and posture, and I felt a sense of connection to the Universe through sign, coincidence, and omen.  I had a few short moments of thoughtless consciousness.  Still, I felt the same “jostling about” by the world and events, often driving me to lose temperance.  From 2004 to 2014, I consider the time of “spiritual action.”  I did a lot of ceremonial and sexual magick.  My wife and I used occult symbolism in various art and theatre projects.  I also did a lot of work with the Runes, using Stephen Flowers’ adaption of the Runic Yoga postures of Karl Spiesberger of the Thule Society.  This also had interesting, though varying results as I began initiation into the Elder Futhark.

Then in 2015, my wife and I took a course in Transcendental Meditation from the Maharishi Mahesh Yogi school.  Many people view the Maharishi as sort of a cult-like figure who popularized a homogenized version of Mantra and Bhakti Yoga for the modern Western bourgeoisie.  However, what was taught was more powerful than any meditation or Yoga I had practiced before.  After my first session, I felt an elation I’d never felt before in any time after I meditated.   After the instructor did a ritual to the gods, I was given a Sanskrit mantra and while repeating this mantra silently for twenty minutes for the first time, I had eliminated nearly all thought.  Though I was meditating for twenty minutes, it felt like five.  It was as though time became irrelevant.  I had been attempting Yoga and meditation for years, but I was never this powerful.

Three months later in mid-October 2015, I reached Samadhi for the first time and began the next cycle of my spiritual journey.  The feeling of Samadhi came after an afternoon meditation in a hotel room in Los Angeles.  I had been having weeks of meditation with little to no thoughts.  During meditation I’d occasionally let the mantra go silent and sit with absolutely no thoughts in my mind, just listening to my breathing which had become over the months less forced but much deeper and fuller due to the nature of the meditation.  When I reached Samadhi, I felt a “crackle” in my mind and the only “thought” I had was of the vague sensation of flying over blue clouds with occasional flashes that seemed like lightning.  I was not asleep, nor was I hallucinating.  Rather it felt like my mind had gone beyond a “no thought” space into something more cosmic.  I felt as though I had transcended the body, space, and time.

As the alarm on my phone brought my wife and I out of meditation, I felt a power and a centeredness that I had never felt before.  After this, it was as though the Universe, the Gods, or whatever label one wants to give to the Divine, was communicating with me directly, guiding me on my Path.  I felt hollowed out, as though I did not exist, and life became supremely easy.  It was as though I was moving on an energy current.  Much of this is discussed in greater detail in my forthcoming book “The Chaos Aeon.”

After this experience meditating on Sanskrit mantras, I used the Transcendental Meditation technique with the Runes of the Elder Futhark.  Before I write about what occurred due to this experiment, it is best to describe the process of meditation.  Again, I go into greater detail in my book, so here I will provide the basic process of a twenty-minute meditation:

 1.       Sit comfortably in a chair or on a bed or mat.  Usually, I sit on the floor or on a sofa or bed with my hands folded on my lap and my feet folded underneath me like this:

2.       Close your eyes and breath slowly.  Make sure you are relaxed.  Then speak the mantra aloud, repeating it with intention, but slowly.

3.      Then repeat the mantra quieter and quieter until it is silently repeated in your mind, but make sure not to force the mantra.  It should be just a suggestion.  If you have a thought intrude, gently, innocently go back to the mantra.  Everything should be done gently.  If you feel a pressure behind your eyes that means you are forcing the mantra.

4.      After weeks of practice, experiment by occasionally letting the mantra disappear into silence (done without stress or force) where you can only hear your breathing.  See how long you can sustain this without a thought intruding.   If a thought does intrude, gently and innocently go back to the mantra.  After practice one should be able to sustain thoughtless meditations without the mantra for longer periods of time.

After a while, one will notice how easy the meditations are and how easily one can reach thoughtless spaces.  Again, this will take practice and it is best to meditate twice a day for twenty minutes, one in the morning preferably when one wakes up and again in the late afternoon.  You can choose from different Sanskrit mantras such as Krim, Hrim, Hring, Hamsa, etc.  Make sure to research the meaning of your mantra because they will have a profound effect on your life.  It is best not to go into this blind as sometimes a mantra will produce melancholy feelings or create an event of initiation where one has to undergo an “ordeal” to test one’s spiritual fortitude.

After practice and the attainment of “no-mind,” try to focus on symbols in your mind and retain their image without wavering.  This can be difficult.  Symbols to begin experimenting with should be simple, such as a red triangle, or a circle with a dot in the center.  Remember to always be gentle with the thought-image.  Don’t force the symbol just as you do don’t force the mantra.  These techniques if done for twenty minutes, twice a day should prove to be successful.

In 2016, I started experimenting with meditating on the Runes of the Elder Futhark, with great success.  This culminated into my initiation of the Left-Hand Path of the Runes called the Uthark (as opposed to the Futhark), which places the Rune Fehu at the end of the row rather than the beginning.  This initiation took place in 2019 and 2020, in Los Angeles, coinciding with the chaos of the lockdowns enforced by the progressive government in California.  I write about all these workings in greater detail in “The Chaos Aeon.”   It brought profound changes in my life and a profound connection to the gods and goddesses of the Indo-European Tradition.

To meditate on the Runes, one needs to understand the meanings of the Runes of the Elder and Younger Futharks.  There are several books on this by Guido Von List, Stephen Flowers (aka Edred Thorsson,) Freya Aswynn, and Thomas Karlsson.  It is best to experiment with divination as well to enhance one’s knowledge of the Runes to assist in meditation.  Remember that the Runes are the most powerful magickal symbols of the Indo-European race.  Working with them will permanently change your life.  These are potent symbols and some have very dark undercurrents.  Proceed with the utmost caution.

The process of Runic meditation is the same as the steps for Transcendental Meditation/mantra yoga, except with this, one is also focusing on the visual image of the Rune while repeating the name of the Rune as a mantra.   After mastering Transcendental Meditation with Sanskrit mantras, one should be able to focus on images in their mind and sustain them for indefinite periods of time during a session without a wavering thought.  This helps by repeating in your mind the name of a Rune such as “Sowilo” along with its image as seen below:

Start with “positive” Runes such as Sowilo, Wunjo, and Berkano at first, and keep a journal as to what occurs in your life, especially if you have any coincidences, signs, or synchronicities which illuminate further the meaning of the Rune of you’re working with.  Working with a single Rune over days or weeks is the best way to get results at the beginning.  The same is true for utilizing Sanskrit mantras or mantras from any other Tradition.  Again remember to not force the Rune image or mantra, just gently and innocently return to it if the vision wavers.

Eventually after various initiations, these workings and meditations should enhance the quality of your life.  You must practice meditation daily to achieve results.  The techniques described here are the most effective methods initiate yourself into the Higher Mysteries.  In our high speed and off-kilter modern world, it is difficult to slow down and find the time for this important spiritual practice.  Meditation done correctly is the foundation of all spiritual and occult work.  Without it, the entire endeavor is worthless.  If you put sincere effort to make this practice a part of your daily ritual, events with conspire to bring into your life what the Greeks called Eudaimonia or the Good Life.   Being centered through meditation will allow you to remain balanced, strong, and in control of your life to ride the tiger in the last days of the Kali Yuga.

On the Pagan Traditions I Follow.

I’d like to examine in this short essay the two currents of spiritual thought in the modern Pagan revival.  I follow two spiritual paths.  The first is Thelema, which is the revival of Greco-Egyptian and Greco-Roman Paganism.  These are the Southern Pagan mysteries.  The second is Asatru or the Troth (Truth), which is the revival of the Northern Nordic-Germanic Pagan mysteries.  The Celtic-Druidic system is considered a part of the Nordic-Germanic mysteries due to the Germanic ethnicity of the British Isles.  For brevity I’m going to focus on Thelema and the Troth.

Thelema is a Greek word that means “Will.”  This is one’s force of will, or the will of nature as manifest in the consciousness of man.  Schopenhauer’s concept of Will is an applicable description.  This unthinking, unconscious manifestation of desire through magickal workings and meditation becomes one’s “True Will.”  This is the “Higher Self” of the Gnostics, the manifestation of desire and power in the temporal world guided with supranatural consciousness from above.  It is beyond faith or believe and is in essence pure Being.  One is in constant give and take communication with their gods and the Universe.

The revival of the Greco-Egyptian-Roman Pagan Tradition occurred in Cairo in 1904 when Aleister Crowley channeled “Liber AL Vel Legis” or “The Book of the Law” from a preternatural, extraterrestrial entity named Aiwass who called himself the “Minister of Hoor-Paar-Kraat.”  The Egyptian Hoor-Paar-Kraat or the Greek Harpocrates, is the child Horus, deaf and dumb.  He represents the initiation into the mysteries, which occur with mental silence in the act of meditation.

“The Book of the Law” is three chapters with numbered verses.  Aiwass speaks as three different godform for each chapter in this order: Nuit, Hadit, and Ra-Hoor-Khuit.  Nuit is the goddess of the night skies, depicted in Egyptian art as a female figure bending over the Earth, her breasts symbolizing the stars in space.  Nuit represents all of time, space, and the stars, with all the possibilities of action as dictated from the spirit in the material plane.  Hadit is symbolized by the winged globe often seen in Egyptian hieroglyphs.  He symbolizes all the possibilities in the Universe honed into a single action of Will.  This is symbolized by the dot in the circle.  The forward motion of Hadit is the manifestation of the True Will in the life of the Adept.  Ra-Hoor-Khuit is the active, mature, warrior Horus who crushes the head of the Apep Serpent in revenge for the death of his father Osiris.  He is the Star or Khabs in the Astral Body or Khu, which is the encasing for the Soul, called the Ka.  The formula of Nuit, Hadit, and Ra-Hoor-Khuit is the formula for the attainment of congress with the Daimon.  This is similar to the concept of Samadhi in Hinduism and Buddhism which is the union with the Divine on Earth in the focusing of the mind in absolute concentration.  It is the Atman of Advaita Vedanta.

The formula of the Attainment of True Will is contained in the 11-word phrase “Do What Thou Wilt Shall Be the Whole of the Law,” 11 being the number of magick or the energy tending to change.  This command not to be taken as a call to hedonism or to “do what you want.”  It is the ultimate act of virtue and responsibility.  “Do What Thou Wilt” is a call to follow one’s True Will in life, meaning one’s life calling.  This can take many forms.  It could mean being an architect, a poet, an engineer, a software developer, a spiritual teacher.  The concept of True Will is centered around the Adept finding union with his or her Daimon or “Holy Guardian Angel.”   Finding one’s True Will aligns one with the “Holy Spirit” whom in the Greco-Egyptian system described here is Sophia.  In the Sumerian form, she is Babalon or Inanna.  The Star of Babalon is the Light of Nuit that is the power in the Sacred Point of Hadit that enflames the magickal power in the star or Khabs of the Adept.

The Tradition of Thelema uses Greek and Chaldean Qabalah, Tantric meditation and Yoga, sexual magick, and divination such as Tarot for spiritual initiation.  The spiritual philosophy of Thelema I practice is not associated with the Ordo Templi Orientis or the A:. A:., orders that practice a form that is rigid and dogmatic.   The version I follow is influenced by the ideas of Julius Evola and Rene Guenon, along with Kenneth Grant.  This version of Thelema is called the Typhonian Tradition.

The godforms of Nuit, Hadit, and Ra-Hoor-Khuit correspond to the Greek godforms of Nyx, Dionysus, and Apollo.  The Roman equivalent of these godforms are Nox, Bacchus, and Apollo.  In the Nordic Germanic, the Godforms are Nott-Freyja, Wotan, and Baldr.  In the Hindu Tradition these would be Shakti, Shiva, and Ganesha-Krishna.  These godforms represent the core trinity of the religious cults of the West.

In the modern West is in the final years of the Indo-Aryan Age of Darkness called the Kali Yuga. In this era, the European peoples have lost all connection with the world of Tradition.  This corresponds to what the Nordic-Germanic culture called Ragnarok or the Twilight of the Gods.  The Thelemic equivalent is the Aeon of Osiris which is vanquished by the cycle of time known as the Twin Aeons of Horus and Ma’At.  The Satya Yuga or the Golden Age, which is the next cycle of cultural growth, corresponds to the Aeon of Ma’At.

The revival of the Nordic-Germanic Tradition of Asatru or the Troth, has been happening for about 150 years.  This Tradition never really went away, much in the same way the Greco-Egyptian-Roman Tradition was hidden in esoteric orders such as the Knight’s Templar and the Order of the Rose Croix but with a Christian façade as to avoid persecution.   The Elder Edda of the Nordic-Germanic Tradition was mostly an oral Tradition until it was written down in the 13th century.  The Prose Edda was written by Snorri Sturluson around 1220, though the stories are much older.  These texts tell the stories of the gods, and initiation into the mysteries.  Wotan or Odin is the God of magick, communication, and war.  He is associated with Hermes and Thoth in the Greek and Egyptian Traditions.

The Germanic Tradition is shamanic in nature, and is similar to the Traditions of the Native Americans.  It has two schools of magick.  One Tradition is called Galdr which means “song.”  This is a form of chanting and singing and are associated with the solar mysteries.  The other form is Seid, which includes meditation and sexual magick which is associated with the lunar mysteries.  It also includes trance and astral journeys.

The Priest of this Tradition is called a Godhi and the Priestess is a Gythia.  They are the masters of the Runes, the Elder Futhark magickal alphabet.  These letters are similar to the Greek and Hebrew letters in that they act as a Qabalah as power pathways between the Nine Worlds of the Yggdrasil Tree as they manifest in our reality.  This is similar to the Tree of Life in the Hebrew and Chaldean Traditions.

These two Traditions, Thelema and Asatru, are the twin currents of the modern revival of the Pagan Tradition of Europe.  This is the revival of the Apollonian Nordic consciousness in the West to replace the dying religion of Christianity, the Middle Eastern cult which, along with Islam, is the religion of the Dark Age of the Kali Yuga.  It is the goal of my work to bring these European Traditions to my fellow Westerners as a revival of their culture.

On the Magickal View of the Universe, Life, and Art.

Our modern world has forgotten what it means to have a “magickal consciousness” and live a life of action utilizing Intellectual Intuition. The following is an excerpt from my forthcoming book “The Chaos Aeon, Vol 1: Thelema and Chaos Magick in Theory and Practice for the New Aeon of Ma’at.” This will come out in June 2025. I thought the following passage is a good example of what is termed “magickal consciousness.” This is a description of the process of Initiation as a neophyte. I have found life to be full of coincidence, sign, and omen, with the Universe speaking directly to me. It is a heightened sense of consciousness that reconciles our human nature with the Divine.

ON THE MAGICKAL VIEW OF THE UNIVERSE, LIFE, AND ART.

Upon first connection with the Infinite, the Initiate, an individual with an aura different than other people, will listen from that place deep inside himself, and he will hear a strange, yet familiar voice.  This voice that speaks from deep within our collective unconscious is the voice of the True Self that has been suppressed by our materialistic modern world.  For the Initiate, regardless of culture, this voice speaks the same.  It speaks from deep within our unexplored caverns of the mind, from deep in our ancestral memory, and this voice is aligned with one’s intuition and perception of the secret intelligence behind the veil of the material world, and when the Initiate gives himself over to this way of seeing, to this voice, an awakening occurs.  The Initiate will look at this world around him, and a strange feeling will present itself.  It is the feeling that he has always held deep in the back of his mind from early childhood, throughout his formative years, and throughout his entire “formal education.”  As he matures into adulthood, that understanding, that feeling will stay hidden in the back of his consciousness until that moment when all is unveiled, and the Initiate makes the full realization that none of this is real.

All our temporal, material reality is but a fabrication.  All its appearances and forms are based in our shared, collective, absolute belief in its “truth” or “solidity.”  No two people can possibly share the same exact view of this reality, yet we all share in this illusion, experiencing both its negative and positive forms in their manifestation.  The Western philosophical discourses on the “nature of reality” all collapse upon the Initiate’s realization that nothing has any material substance.  The space between the electrons in the cloud around the nucleus of an atom is empty, and the relative distance between the nucleus of an atom and its electrons is infinite when our perception is reduced to their levelAtoms are 99.9999999% empty space.  So, then it goes to follow that if the world itself is empty space, and if this world does not exist, then as individuals, we do not exist.

Time and space are but perception, and the forms of this world are not solid.  We are made of energy, which cannot be created nor destroyed.  Electricity burns through our bodies which do not exist.  Our actions and our thoughts are energy, electricity, which again cannot be created nor destroyed.  Our collective belief in the solidity of things is nearly impenetrable, and the only path to freedom and knowledge of the non-material is through the Path of Initiation and the understanding of myth.  It is on this inward journey that our actions become a directed source of energy and Will in the outside world.

This is the Way of Balance, the Way of Power, and the Way of the Tao.  This is the path of the warrior, a path without fear.  The reality prescribed by our collective society and its false way of “seeing” instills in the consciousness of the individual an overwhelming sense of fear.  The world of humanity is a world of fear, and the occultist is one who through her own independent actions, wields her life like a dagger against all anxiety and all fear.  Throughout this process of self-discovery, reality crumbles and the intelligence of the Universe guides the aspirant through life-obstacles called in occult terms “Ordeals of Initiation.”  These “Ordeals” are spiritually coordinated life-events, often difficult in nature, that assist the Initiate in erasing every neurosis and anxiety that leaves her inhibited in manifesting her Will on the material plane.  This spiritual attainment is in direct rebellion to the façade that is prescribed to imprison us all.

We have all known fear, for it permeates all our lives and culture.  In the last 2,000 years, the Abrahamic religions in their fragmented and toxic forms have instilled a special version of repression and fear that the ancient European Pagan world did not know.  The Pagans did not have the same attitude towards life and the spirit.  Life in their world was meant to be lived completely, and death was welcomed.   The passage from this life, this world, this Universe A to Universe B is the Great Mystery, and the ignorant fear of this Mystery is the genesis of all dissolution in this degraded modern world.

In Traditional Pagan civilization men and women led a life of balance, of simplicity, free of these modern conveniences and distractions.  In this, they had a power, from the farmer and warrior to the Priest and Priestess.  They were able to deal with pain deeply and thoroughly, and then they were able to let it go, without disturbing their Will or life purpose.  In the modern world, materialism and “progressivism” insists on the human being living in the future, forcing the individual to separate her sense of Self further and further away from her true inner essence, while her sense of personal justification is given to her from those people and ideologues that seek to control her.  Because of this lack of self-governance and control, the modern citizen has overwhelming feelings of depression, anxiety, and fear, along with a sense that the world is empty and pointless.  Julius Evola writing as “Abraxas” describes the process of Initiation, beckoning the aspirant to:

“Dig, without fear, with a sharp tool.  Ask yourself ‘What elements of my body can I justify with my will?  Do I will my own breathing, or the inner combustion through which food is ingested?  Do I want my own form, my own flesh, this particular man, who is in this fashion, happy or unhappy, noble or vulgar?’  But since I ask these questions, should I not press further on?  Do I really will “my” will, “my” conscience, “my” Self, or are they just there?  That which I claim is caused by my will, I should also be able not to will it, and thus I should be able to live without it.  As far as “my” empirical Self is concerned, do I own it, or does it own me?” (“Introduction to Magic, Vol. 1” Julius Evola and the UR Group, pg. 17.

The Initiate must ask whether the Self he has always known is his True Self, or if it is a prescription by the modern world and its distractions.  The modern world steals the individual from his true Inner Self, his true essence unpolluted by the images and ideologies of the time.  The True Self aligns one with the Will of the Universe, and in this our lives become the essence of joy.

The ancients of Traditional Western Civilization, prior to materialistic and historical Christianity that began the 2,000-year decline of our spiritual and philosophical systems, knew that there existed an axis of knowledge of a realm outside of this quotidian “reality,” which is the perception of the presence of our bodies at a certain point in space and time.  Religious and scientific dogma, based on the “theory” of reality, obfuscates the true nature of Being, a superior realm of consciousness above the lesser realm of Becoming, the mundane thought-consciousness of “man in the world,” which philosopher Martin Heidegger refers to as Dasein. In the realm of Being, one is connected to the Higher Realms, the essence of one’s “soul” under the divine command of those who exist beyond the veil.  This is the union of humankind with the Higher World.  This is the superior nature of Being, the realm of the Adept, the High Initiate who leaves behind the material world of Becoming.

The ancient Persian Magi of the Zoroastrians cultivated a worldview that was the antithesis to the modern Western Christian-Marxist materialist belief in progressivism- the idea that man’s imperfection can be made perfect through Socialism, Communism, or Liberal-Democracy.  Christianity, a Middle Eastern cult, insists that the West redeem its “Original Sin” through the vicarious atonement the blood of Jesus Christ.  This is a cult like theology which is, in essence, about the abdication of personal responsibility.  This has led to the abuse of women and the emasculation of men.

Progressivists believe that humanity is influential in the world of nature, that humanity can be perfected socially and physically, that we can conquer nature even as “stewards.”  Our progressivist society believes that humans can perfect nature and ourselves, but in turn this false notion makes us weak and destructive to each other and the world we inhabit.  “Progressivism” and Christianity are about social control under the notion that the current society and world is “oppressive.”  This Neo-Gnosticism is devoid of spiritual Initiation, but rather pushes collective narcissism and psychosis.  Our Consensus Reality forces upon human consciousness the notion that all of us are weak, fearful, and oppressed.  Zoroastrians called this state of being the Lie.

The Lie that the world is an oppressive place has been ingrained by our progressivist Christian society into our minds beginning at birth.  Our entire Western education system is now predicated on the notion of oppression, thus crushing the genius and curiosity of those who see beyond this distortion.  The Christian church taints us with the concept of “Original Sin,” a concept that has kept the spirit of the West enchained in a false consciousness of weakness and shame. The Lie is so insidious that the only way for most to break free from this corruption of the mind and spirit is through shamanic magickal Initiation.

The Hermetic Tradition and the Foundation of the West.

In various discourses, some ill-informed anti-Left activists on the Right have associated Marxism with the Hermetic Tradition.  This absurdity is being propagated by various “classical liberal” and “conservative” influencers, all of whom are mediocre thinkers.   In addition, these influencers accuse the Hegelian Dialectic of giving birth to communism and fascism via Marx.  This is due to the American Right’s lack of understanding of postmodernism and Critical Theory, along with the philosophy of Hegel and Kant.  American academia, since the writings of Jacques Derrida were introduced into our humanities departments, has been in a state of collapse.   It seems as though postmodernism and its denial of truth has infected thinking on both sides of the political aisle.  This is not helped with the fundamentalist Christians, mostly Calvinists, who infect the modern American Right.  Their universities and media ecosystems spread anti-science creationism, church conspiracy theories, and outright misinformation about the Classical world.  All of this has contributed to the misunderstanding of Hermeticism, which is the foundation of Western Civilization.

First, we must analyze exactly what the Hegelian Dialectic is.  At its most basic, the Dialectic of the German philosopher Friedrich Hegel theorizes the union of opposites: the thesis and the antithesis uniting in a synthesis creating a higher idea.  This overcomes the shortcomings, inconsistencies, and other flaws inherent in the previous ideas.  We can see this in action in various religious and political ideologies of the Left and the Right.  In essence, this philosophical concept of the “absolute idea” is similar to the spiritual concepts of initiation in the mysteries of the Advaita Vedanta Tradition.  In Vedanta, the Initiate achieves union of Subject and Object through silence (sleep) in the form of meditation.  It is the union of the soul or Higher Self (Atman) with the transcendent divine (Brahma.)  It is the Adept’s transcendence of the world of illusion (Maya) through the obliteration of duality.

Hegel’s Dialectic influenced Marx and Engels, but their Dialectical Materialism rejected the idealism of Hegel.  Instead of grasping for greater ideas and transcendence through free will and the Greater Idea, Dialectical Materialism looks for changes to be made in society to resolve duality in conflict in the life of the individual, basically inverting the concept of the idea or the Self creating the world, and asserting rather that the individual is the product of social forces.  Marx assigns the issues of contradiction to things in society that create conflict in the individual.   There is no “spiritual initiation” of the individual in the ascetic striving for union with the Divine with the reconciliation of duality in acts of spiritual personal responsibility, only action taken to change society to suit the individual and resolve the individual’s inner contradiction and duality, with no spiritual or physical effort required of the individual.  It is materialistic, spiritually vapid, and Ego-driven.  Dialectical Materialism is, in essence, the concept that society creates the consciousness of the individual in a blank slate theory.  It uses the state to erase duality or contradiction (suffering) in society.

Hegel influenced thinkers on both the Right and the Left.  Hegel takes Immanuel Kant’s criticism of philosophy based on a purely rationalistic model unable to reconcile contradictions, and improves upon it by introducing the possibility of reconciliation through the union of thesis and antithesis by discarding unworkable elements that were impeding the original concepts from finding synthesis.

Hermeticism and Gnosticism, at the basic level of understanding of these spiritual concepts, is that there is a Higher Self, a spiritual self as opposed to the mundane self which lacks awareness and is part of society.  Rather than changing society to change the individual, the Gnostic rejects all of society for union with the Divine.  There is no need to change society.  The society is irrelevant.  There is only union with the Divine through the reconciliation of duality with spiritual initiation into the mysteries.  It is only resolved for the elite.  Hermeticism, is considered the Royal Art, due to its aristocratic nature.

The Hermetic Tablets are the synthesis of the Pagan Traditions in the Hellenistic world at Alexandria.  Hermes Trismegistus, or “Hermes the Thrice-Greatest” is a composite of the Greek god Hermes and the Egyptian god Thoth.  Hermes-Thoth is the god of magick, learning, philosophy, communication, and alchemy.  He also is a patron of the arts, and the godform of the creative act.   In the Hellenistic era, Hermes Trismegistus was viewed as the wise Philosopher King of Egypt.

In Hermetic alchemy, the two symbols associated with the Great Work of union with the divine are the Ouroboros, the snake eating its own tail, and the Tree.   The Ouroboros serpent represents the endless cycles of creation and destruction and death and rebirth.   The Tree is a symbol of initiation into the mysteries, a concept to be found in the esoteric core of all religions.  According to Evola, in Hermeticism,

“The symbol of the tree is quite prevalent in the alchemical texts.  The tree shelters the “fountain” of Bernard of Treviso, in whose center is the symbol of the dragon Ouroboros, who represents the “All.”  It personifies “Mercury,” either as the first principle of the hermetic Opus, equivalent to the divine Water or “Water of Life” that gives resurrection to the dead and illuminates the Sons of Hermes, or else it represents the “Lady of the Philosophers.”  But it also represents the Dragon, that is, a dissolving force, a power that kills.  The Tree of the Sun and the Tree of the Moon are also hermetic symbols, sometimes producing crowns in the place of fruits. (“The Hermetic Tradition,” Julius Evola, pg. 4.)

Both the Ouroboros and the Tree represent both the destruction and recreation of the psyche and personality of the Initiate.  The Ouroboros symbolizes the death resurrection of the lower personality into the Higher Self in magical initiation.  The Tree is the symbol of the Caduceus of Hermes, which portrays two snakes entwining around a winged staff.  This is an early image of the DNA helix and also a reference to the twin energy currents that move up and down the spine, corresponding to the Fire-Snake of the Tantrics, the serpent power that rises in an intertwined spiral of male and female energies through the Shushumna.   The Tree is also found in the Qabalist Tradition in the Ten Sephiroth and 22 Pathways.  In the Hebrew Tradition, Enoch corresponds to Hermes.   When following the process of attainment on the Tree of Life, the Initiate travels from the lowest sphere on the Tree, Malkuth through the Pathways and Sephiroth to the top sphere, Kether in what is called the Lightning Flash of the Serpent.  These concepts mirror the rising of Kundalini in the Tantric Tradition.  It also is found in the myth of Odin sacrificing his eye in the Well of Mimir to receive all magickal knowledge, and hanging from the Yggdrassil Tree to be initiated into the mysteries of the runes.  Odin or Wotan is the equivalent of Hermes and Thoth in the Nordic-Germanic Mysteries.

The Hermetic Tablets or Corpus Hermeticum are the culmination of several thousand years of spiritual philosophy dating back to the Greeks and Sumerians.  It is the synthesis of the Greco-Egyptian magickal Tradition of the Hellenistic era.   Hermeticism, along with the Rites of the City of Eleusis, the Eleusinian Mysteries, were some of the initiatory schools in ancient Greece and Egypt.  These Mysteries had their culmination around the year 200 BCE and are the foundations of what would become the Gnostic and Christian religions.   Some believe the Hermetic texts are forgeries, but this is mostly Christian, and most recently Calvinist propaganda.  These Christian propagandists also assign the dates of Gnostic and Hermetic texts to the second century CE as some kind of heresy, when in actuality, these concepts existed long before, back to the religions of ancient Egypt. It was also found in the systems of the Sumerians and the pre-Dynastic North African Kamites.  According to Marlene Seven Bremner,

“The ancient Hermetic teachings of Egypt originally spread to Greece by way of the philosophers who made expeditions to Egypt to be initiated into the mysteries, including Orpheus, Democritus, Plato, Pythagoras, and Eudoxus.  Among the earliest of these was the mythical and enchanting Orpheus (ca. 725-675 BCE), attributed with writing the Orphic hymns.  Diodorus tells us that Orpheus traveled to Egypt, which would have been a great influence on the development of Orphic cosmogony in which Dionysus, an agrarian god of death and rebirth, like the Egyptian Osiris, played a key role.  A little later, Pythagoras of Samos (ca 570-495 BCE,) the pre-Socratic philosopher, having traveled in Phoenicia and received initiation into the mysteries of Byblos and Tyre, traveled to Egypt where these sacred rites had their origin, immersing himself in the wisdom of the Egyptian priests.  The Neoplatonic philosopher Iamblichus (ca 242-325 CE), disciple of Porphyry, asserted that the philosophies of Plato and Pythagoras were developed from the “ancient pillars of Hermes.”  Plutarch writes that Pythagoras copied the Egyptian symbols and occult teachings, and as a result his teachings reflect the enigmatic hieroglyphic writings.  A great portion of his life, twenty-two years according to Iamblichus, was spent amid the temples of Egypt, studying geometry and astronomy and being initiated into the ancient mysteries, after which he spent another twelve years of study in Babylon before returning to Samos.  As a testament to Pythagoras’s Hermetic initiation, he is praised as have “a greater gift of God and of Wisdom than was granted to anyone after Hermes,” and described as “a disciple of the disciples by the grace of thrice-great Hermes” in the Turba Philosophorum (the Assembly of the Philosophers), an Arabic treatise of philosophical and alchemical discourse (ca. 900 CE.) (“Hermetic Philosophy and Creative Alchemy,” Maria Seven Bremner, pg. 35.)

As we can see, the Hermetic Tradition of the Greco-Egyptian-Roman civilizations, the Odinic Mysteries of the North, along with the religious forms that emerged out of the Indo-Aryan Vedic culture that moved from central Asia and Eastern Europe into the Indian Subcontinent, all are the foundation of Western Civilization and its religion, philosophy, and art.  The modern Christian notion that Hermeticism is “demonic” or a “strange heretical cult” which along with Gnosticism is responsible for the current decline of the West by influencing Marxism is one of the absurdities of the modern American political discourse.  It is symptomatic of the Kali Yuga cycle of the greater West.   Hermes is the God of the West in his various forms, as he is the great architect of our language, arts, philosophy, medicine, and temples.   The cult of the Christos is a foreign installation in the Western consciousness.  However, elements of the Hermetic Tradition exist in Judaism and Christianity, and to understand them we must examine what is meant by “Gnosticism,” in the late Hellenistic world.

“Gnosis” or “knowledge” according to Kenneth Grant, is associated with the concept of “Jnana, i.e., Knowledge of the Real as opposed to the unreal.  Not the conceptual knowledge of phenomena (appearances), but the apperceptive apprehension of noumenon.” (“Aleister Crowley and the Hidden God,” Kenneth Grant, pg. 196.)  Gnosis, in essence is the knowledge of the Kantian Thing in Itself or “noumenon,” the essence of the Subject verses the perception of the Object via the senses.  It corresponds with the Samadhi of Yoga, the union of Subject and Object.  This, again, is similar to Hegel’s merging of thesis and anti-thesis, but here it is purely spiritual and transcendent in the raising of the individual conscience of the Initiate in mystical union with the godhead.  This is a singular spiritual path, requiring ascesis and hierarchical attainment.  Gnostic and Hermetic Initiation predicates itself on varying hierarchical grades.  There is a master and a student, and the student through his or her spiritual ordeals and meditative processes, reaches a form of Enlightenment or what in Hinduism is called Jnana.  Again, confusing Gnosticism with the Dialectic Materialism of Marx is an error in understanding how philosophies inform each other.  Marx abandoned the concept of German Idealism, which in Hegel’s conception puts forth the notion that the idea creates the world.  This “idea” is the stand-in for the individual Self.  The Marxist Dialectical Materialism inverts the Hegelian dialectic, stripping it of any spiritual conceptualizations of the fully realized Self through initiation, and instead puts forth the dialectic of the world or society creating the “idea” or Self.

The ancient Gnostic religion was a form of dualism and polytheism which posits that there are two forms of spiritual consciousness: Gnostikos, meaning “knowledge” and Pistikos, meaning “belief.”  In the old Harpocratian and Ophidian cults, the Gnostic is one who leaves behind the material world created by the Demiurge IAO or Ialdabaoth, and finds union with Sophia (Wisdom) through a process of magical initiation.  This usually involves communion with one’s Augoeides “Holy Guardian Angel.”   It is the Daimon of the Greeks, offering Eudaimonia through the balance of Sophrosyne (temperance.)  This initiatory concept is similar to breaking free from Samsara and the world of illusion or Maya and finding unity with the Cosmic Self or Atman in Vedanta.  Again, this is not “collectivist.”  Perhaps the confusion regarding Gnosticism and falsely associating it with Marx, is that the movement called Theosophy had a faulty, though non-political concept of “mass initiation” for humanity in the coming “new age.”  This is a sort of spiritual fallacy and a utopian concept that tries to get rid of the concept of Initiation as secret and hierarchical, with “knowledge” and “gnosis” as for the worthy and elite few.  Instead, Theosophy posits in a utopian way, that initiation is for all, regardless of caste or mentality.  This is of course progressivist and of the Kali Yuga, but it is not a political program for Marxism.  Spiritual enlightenment can only be done on an individual and not collective basis.

Postmodernism and Marxism in general is opposed to all a priori knowledge and is specifically opposed to metaphysics and religion.  It posits that all reality is created by language, but not in a metaphysical sense, but in an atheist simulacrum of “power,” and that the proper response to this is through critique of meta-narratives and culture to push a new meta-narrative of a displaced Self controlled by social forces only to be reconciled by the socialist state. This is again the opposite of spirituality and religion, which asserts that a priori knowledge exists in the form of the Divine that is the mystery of the Universe.  Postmodernism and Marxism assert that the world can be understood through logic, empiricism, and reason.  It contains the irrational in the concept of constant “play,” which is usually seen in the creative artistic output of postmodernism in the merger of high and low in the kitsch art of the contemporary West and the endless language games in its philosophy.  This concept of “play” is also seen in the transgender and body modification movements of postmodernism.  It is a purely narcissistic “gnosis” of the lower self, done in a collective fashion and not a spiritual attainment of something Higher or Supernatural.  Postmodernism is the symptom of collapse and it devoid of any higher spiritual content.

The complete ignorance of the Classical Hellenistic world, the art and religion of the West, and a basic lack of understanding of the history and concepts in philosophy taints the Right’s fight against the Cult of Marxist Intersectionality and the racial anti-European cult.  Conservative Christians, psychologists like Jordan Peterson, and atheist conspiracy theorists like James Lindsay, don’t understand alchemy, Gnosticism, and Hermeticism, mostly due to bias in the cultural Christianity they were raised in which has always pushed false propaganda against the spiritual initiatory schools of the Pagan world.  This is unfortunate.  Marxism in its ever-changing forms continues to poison the West and people like James Lindsay assist the Marxists in the destruction of the West by attacking its foundation which is the Hermetic Tradition.  It is my wish that the knowledge of the Hermetic Tradition and its initiatory system is restored for the revival of the West.

The Wings of Fate.

My current poems are about war. The current global conflict that has started with the Israel-Gaza War and the Russian-Ukrainian War will metastasize into World War III. This is inevitable. These works are a spiritual meditation on the nature of war and human suffering. It seems the more we try to stifle this natural human impulse, it cannot help but manifest in our world.

This war signals the final days of the Kali Yuga, the Age of Darkness. Humanity is going through a crisis which will signal the end of the modern world and a return to simplicity. These works are a documentation of this spiritual crisis.

THE WINGS OF FATE

Lift the wings of the child of ruin

Who wields the sword

Flashing with the sun at dawn.

He brings us refuge

From the curse of time and the blisters

On our lips.

Lift the wings

Of the painted bird mutilated by the crows

For wearing the colors of

God

And whispering the sacred name

In the wind that blows through the ruins

Of civilization.

See the hawk fly over the field

That’s scorched by bombs,

Where the soil is mutilated and bleeds

From the tracks of tanks.

In the ditch is the naked body of a woman held

By a dead soldier

In a failed attempt to save her from the mouth

Of the Abyss.

The hawk saves us from the world’s transgressions

Against our great mother’s heart.

He brings us her grace in the morning

As she kisses the world

With

The

Sun.

We see the horror unfold in the flesh torn

By the beak,

And we see the women weeping

For their sons and daughters who were stolen

In the darkness of midnight.

These bloody bones shock the world

From its slumber

But we’re drifting in the astral stream with the

Old gods

Who burn behind our eyelids as we hide

From the brutal light.

Through their holy sacrifice,

We’re saved from the darkness of the night and the

Death

Of

The

Sun.

We’re alive again

Dreaming of the blackness dispersing

As the flares light up the sky

And illuminate the faces of the dead.

We’re the living ones

Who put the world back together with the mortar

Made from crushed bones

And we’re the roses of truth

Growing in the broken stones,

Melted steel, and gravel.

This is the summer before death

When the heat rises from our bodies as we

Lay in bed,

Our flesh together,

Our sacred sting still aching on our lips.

The July heat keeps us listless

But the war comes on the horizon,

When we’ll wash this sin of the race away so we can

Receive the blessings

Of history.

Christianity, Marxism, and the Destruction of the West.

The political situation in America has gone into strange territory.  Much of this has a spiritual connotation, as the chaos of both political parties contributes to the mental and cultural decline of our civilization.  There seems to be no center, neither politically or spiritually, and we’ve gone off into the Abyss into extreme, cultish behavior.  Most of this is on the Left, but it is nascently infecting the Right.

This chaos is due to the waning influence of the Christian religion in our society.  European culture, of which America is a part, had its ethnic religions ripped away from it 1700 years ago and had it replaced by a foreign cult called Christianity.  This has had the effect of homogenizing the different peoples of the West, and keeping them hypnotized and working against their best interests.  Christianity requires a slave-like attitude.  The individual in the cult of Christianity has no personal agency.  He is just a victim of the forces of the world without a spiritual center, praying to a god that is “out there somewhere.”  This anthropomorphic god then dispenses boons based on “good behavior” and the recipient then marches along with "faith,” hoping things will just “work out.”

In the Pagan Traditions, the Initiate lives in the moment, connected to Supranatural Consciousness.   They exist in a state of temperance and balance while receiving messages from the Divine in the form of sign, coincidence, and omen.  Rather than praying to a god “out there somewhere” for help, God exists all around in nature and in space and time.  “God,” is a part of oneself.  The Divine is the essence of all godforms that exist within your psyche.  Being polytheistic, various gods represent certain philosophical concepts and energies that in nature and in one’s Self.  One summons the gods and goddess for assistance in trying situations or for beneficial outcomes.  Overall, one lives in a state of balance connected to a higher state of consciousness called “Intellectual Intuition” which exists above the rational and irrational.  It is a metaphysical, experiential relationship with the Divine as it manifests in our temporal world.  There is no “belief” nor “faith.”  There is only action in accordance with higher principles and Cosmic Consciousness.

The concepts of Original Sin and Vicarious Atonement have engendered in the Western consciousness a self-loathing, which according to Christian theology, is inherited at birth, so even as an infant, one is a “wretched sinner.”  This sinner must then look to Christ to absolve them of their sins.  Upon confession and repentance, the sinner then goes back to their normal routines and behaviors, returning to church every Sunday to beg forgiveness.  The standards become impossible to uphold, so the “sinner” then becomes a slave to their vices in a cycle of guilt, reward, and punishment.  Whatever “sin” one is trying to expunge now happens more frequently due to the extreme authoritarian method to suppress it.  Pagan Tradition understands the concept of what in the Indo-Aryan Tradition is called Karma and what in the Nordic Germanic Tradition was called Orlog.  This, at its most elementary definition, is the concept that past actions dictate present circumstances.  This is the Cycle of Time and Dharma that is the Universe in manifestation.  In the Nordic Germanic Tradition this is called Wyrd.  In the Thelemic Tradition this is called “achieving Hadit.”

Unlike the Pagan Traditions, Christianity has a deep hatred of the body, so it engenders in the Westerner a sense of disgust with and a denial of oneself.  This has contributed to the hatred women have for their bodies, obesity, and a host of sexual dysfunction in men and women.  The hatred of sex that Christianity exhibits often results in a host of sexual perversions.  The temperance of the Pagan Tradition and the focus on the Divine Feminine offers an alternative to the Abrahamic consciousness of self-loathing.  The Pagans saw sex as holy and sacred.  It was viewed as a source of health.

How does all this relate to the current political situation in the West?  The concept of Original Sin in Christian theology has been transposed onto Marxist thought in the form of the racial and gender ideology called Intersectionality.  It posits that all of Western culture is oppressive to the “Other” which is a term used to describe “non-white peoples” and those who are not heterosexual.  It operates under the faulty notion that only Indo-European people can be racist and that all “white” men are sexist and racist oppressors who have constructed an all-encompassing “white capitalist heteronormative patriarchy” to enslave these so-called marginalized people.  Rather than catering to merit and virtue, this creates a culture of victimhood and Nietzschean ressentiment directed at the supposed oppressor i.e., the “white man.”  This assault on Indo-European culture is based on a faulty metaphysics and denies the cognitive and physical abilities of different groups.  What occurs in this atheistic form of metaphysics is that one can change their gender in a form of inverted narcissistic pseudo-spiritual initiation, or one can see racial discrimination in innocuous things, dragging people into struggle sessions and Kafka trials to get them to confess their “sins” of racism, sexism, homophobia, etc.  This is what I call “Late Christianity,” the materialist debasement of spirituality into communism and persecution of thought.  It is the reason why all of our art and literature is viewed as sexist and racist.   This ideology is why Third World migrants are allowed to move to Europe and America in large masses as a form of cultural revenge for supposed racial sins.   Original Sin and Vicarious Atonement in a spiritual sense engenders a lack of personal responsibility, while the piety of the religion itself gives the individual both a sense of spiritual superiority and a lack of intellectual curiosity; all toxic for spiritual growth and is the reason for the collective stupidity and narcissism on display in the modern West.  Original Sins of racism and sexism are confessed and purged, whether one is truly guilty of these transgressions or not.

I posit that the West has yet to get out of the Dark Age caused by Christianity, even with the technological progress we’ve made.  We have in our culture a form of scientism which has become a sort of Scientific Nationalism, which intends to enforce scientific dogma upon the West in the place of decayed and debased Christian dogma.  All of it is based on mind-control and a lack of cultural curiosity.  This makes the population easy to control by the Leftist elite.  It is the world solidification from spiritual consciousness into hard matter and materialism.  It is the deadening of consciousness.

What is needed is a return to the ancient Pagan Traditions.  Their morality is based in honor and truth.  This reconciles all morality and replaces the toxic authoritarianism of Christianity with a code of chivalry, manners, and aristocracy that creates a world of passionate, courageous, and honorable men and women.  Pagans also worshipped the body, which in turn engendered physical health.  The ancient Pagan world understood the roles of men and women as the Priest and Priestess, this leads to a balance in society.  The Priest is the earthly manifestation of God, and the Priestess is the earthly manifestation of the Goddess.   Also, the Pagan world did not separate science from its Traditional spiritual wisdom.  As scientific advances were made, the religion changed along with it, adding new attributes and dimensions to the gods and goddesses.  The Christian religion, especially in its Late Protestant forms assigns scriptures to a historic literalism in its unquestioned theology, thus taking what is complex symbol assisting in mystical initiation and turning it into a toxic delusion that creates not only a separation of theology and science, but a separation of God and mankind from nature itself.

The collapse of the West into Marxism is due to the nature of Christian theology.  All of its concepts are stifling to the mind and damaging to the body.  It takes us away from our true spirituality and wisdom and engenders a lack of curiosity and an inability to see nuance and to reconcile the abstractions and ambiguities that exist in life.  This is why we have the extreme political division in our country and it is the reason why you see desperate, Cultish behavior on the progressive left and within the Christian Church.  It is the cause of mental illness and the spiritual decay of our country.  Only with a return to the Pagan and Hermetic Tradition will the spiritual center of our civilization be restored and will our culture rise again to greatness in its arts, philosophy, religion, and politics.  This Hermetic Tradition will be explored in this journal in all its aspects as it relates to the evolution of human consciousness. I hope that in a small way this assists in the revival of the West.

DIONYSUS

Many conservatives in the United States shy away from being involved in the arts.  They think either that it is “sinful” if you’re a Christian, or that its not pragmatic if you’re a fiscal conservative.  True conservatism is rooted in the European Traditions.  Great art is of Apollo and Dionysus, the creative expression of Light and Dark and Sex and Death.

I’d like to share one of my recent poems from a future book I’m working on.  My other work is available here on my site and on Amazon.

 DIONYSUS

Let us call upon the child

Who brings the cure for disease,

Who in sacred rites binds the Earth with the Sun.

Let us now call upon the lover

Who breaks the bread

And pours the wine

For our holy sacrament and divine feast.

This is the rite of the dawn,

That breaks open the gateway between the light of creation

And the void.

Let us call upon the goat

Who pierces the veil with a song

Of lightness and intoxication.

He’s nailed to the tallest tree in the forest

Redeeming all desire

While the women dance in the circle and swim naked

In a river of red.

Light the torches

And sacrifice the calf for the oracle,

The last voice of truth

That brings down lightning from the eye of God.

Let this new era of freedom begin

With the violence of the ritual

And the ruddiness of the skin of Our Lady

As our lord plays his hymns on the golden lyre just for her.

Let us all give praise to our holy one

The dancing goat

As the power of the stars

Comes

On

Down

In

White

Fire

Bringing light to our civilization collapsing under the weight

Of all the women and their desire

To find a ghost on the screen willing to tell them

They are all beautiful

And real.

An Inauguration...

This journal is an exploration into occult symbolism and philosophy of the Traditional Western religions.  It is also going to be an exploration into the nature and theory of Western Art.  Along with this, the current political climate of our age will be analyzed from a Pagan Traditionalist perspective.  It is my hope that one finds spiritual truths and a way to embark on one’s own path toward celestial consciousness through engaging with the techniques and philosophies in my writing.

Several days before this writing, former President Donald J. Trump a candidate for the 2024 U.S. Presidency was nearly assassinated.  Mr. Trump seems to be the only bulwark, the lone warrior of Truth in the West against the forces of dissolution.  The chaos in Western society has been more and more pronounced in the last 20 years or so, especially since September 11th 2001 in the United States and mass migration from the Middle East to Europe.

This age of chaos began in the 19th century with the industrial revolution, but the seeds of it were planted 2,000 years ago with the Christian destruction of European civilization.  We in the West are in a state of final collapse, and this is quite apparent from the events surrounding the attempt on Donald Trump’s life.  We are in the state of pure dissolution of the last days of the Kali Yuga.  The West has been invaded by the Third World, the nations are in debt and struggling economically, and there is no Tradition of spirituality of European culture to bind our civilization together.  The Cult of Intersectionality dismisses all of Western art, history, science, literature, philosophy, and spiritual wisdom as being of “white supremacy” and calls for it to be dismantled.  Also, the Marxist Left calls for the cultural and spiritual genocide of the Indo-European peoples, while the supposed “religion of the West” Christianity, a foreign Middle-Eastern cult, has no influence on society and has now become postmodern kitsch.  The Christian-Marxist hostility toward culture has made the average Indo-European an empty shell, filling his time with pointless distractions and a general sense of ennui.

The return of the Pagan world and the Primordial Tradition begins the Satya Yuga or the Golden Age.  This is a symbol of cultural regrowth and a society in union with Supranatural Consciousness.  The average citizen of the modern world can no longer possess their time, and have lost the keys to Initiation.  This journal, and my writing in general, is dedicated to the revival of this Perennial Philosophy and magical Tradition.

I’ve been an artist, performer, and writer for the last 30 years. In my work, I use occult symbolism.  This journal will also be an exploration into the occult and Pagan imagery and themes in art.  It is my contention that art is shamanism, a communication from Universe B manifesting in Universe A.  The phrase “to draw” means “to bring out,” and in the process of drawing, I’ve communicated with elementals and godforms from what is called the Mauve Zone.  In theatre, I have felt the spirit.  All of these concepts will be described here.

My philosophical influences are Julius Evola, Rene Guenon, Oswald Spengler, Friedrich Nietzsche, Martin Heidegger, Aleister Crowley, and Jack Parsons.  These thinkers provide the foundation for the writing presented here.  The spiritual path I follow is Thelema, a Greek word which means “Will.”  It is the synthesis of what I call “Southern Paganism” which includes the Greco-Roman Mysteries, the Sumerian cults, and the Egyptian and Chaldean Gnosis.  I have also been initiated into the mysteries of the Seid of the Nordic-Germanic mysteries and the Code of Troth (Asatru.)  This, along with the Celtic and Druidic cults, is what I call “Northern Paganism.”  It is my goal with this endeavor to bring the mysteries of the ancient Traditions of the West back to our society.
